Hey Lochshire! Just a heads up, I let Bob the main property manager know that we had an issue in H 206 before we closed with the water heater leaking from the top. The connections rusted and thus the leak. Those tanks are a duel system for the hydronic in floor heating system and are pretty expensive, however it was still under warranty! I would encourage you to check your tank out and the water connections on top for any signs of rust or leaks. The plumber we used was excellent and specialized in hydronic heating systems and was really reasonable in comparison to other quotes we got. We did finally close on June 28th for $435,000, and it looks like that was the last one sold in Lochshire townhomes to date. Great community and you can feel a real pride of ownership within Lochshire when you come on the property.
