Harmony

I think harmony is a fantastic townhome community! Looks like townhome unit 91 is currently pending as of 9-11-08, and townhome unit 2 is still active and has not yet dropped the price after being on the market now 51 days. Can't say much for the photography of townhome unit 2. Professional photography makes such a tremendous difference for listings. It is expensive for the agent, but well worth it considering 80% or more of buyers make the decision to tour a home based on the pictures they see online! Did anyone get a chance to go check these listings out and compare? Townhome Unit 91 was well staged and looks great online!
