Boulders at Pikes Peak townhomes in Bellevue WA is a wonderful townhome community to live in for the location and serene lifestyle alone. Fact is this community was built in 1998 but has been so well maintained it looks like it was built in 2008!
Boulders at Pikes Peak has mostly larger size floor plans (1684 sq ft - 2058 sq ft) with every home having a double car garage. I have to say for the quality, location and size, these townhomes are definitely the best value in Bellevue. Since Feb of 2005 to April 2009 Boulders townhomes have had a List vs Sold price of $465,725/ $465,793 getting just over 100% on average per home sold! The average days on market for the same time frame is only 12 days!
